職位描述/ Responsibilities:
1. 主導或協助相關部門負責對量產階段工裝夾具的設計、評估、驗證和改進工作。
Lead or assist to related department for tooling and jigs’ design, assessment, verification and improvement in mass production.
2. 協助相關部門對NPI階段工裝夾具的設計、評估和驗證工作,驗證產品的批量生產可行性,完善試制報告和有關的工藝文件。
Assist to related department for tooling and jigs’design, assessment and verification in NPI with mass production availability verification and trial run report and related document completion.
3. 根據產品的生產流程、人員的操作熟練程度,測定各工序的標準生產工時并定期更新。
Measure and standard working time of all production processes with update regularly according to production procedure and proficiency in operation.
4. 根據公司的要求,結合生產的工序流轉和物料流轉,合理設計車間的工藝布局圖,合理優化生產布局,并負責對生產線進行排布。
Rational design process layout with production layout optimization according to company requirement and integrate with process and material flow.
5. 負責生產線各類突發異常(工裝夾具、工藝文件、來料、操作等)調查、分析和解決,保證生產線的正常運行。
Responsible for abnormal issues (related to tooling, jigs, process document, incoming materials, operation, etc.) investigation, analysis and settlement which happened in production and ensure smooth running of production.
6. 負責編制WI、PFMEA、FC等工藝文件;負責整理和歸納工藝文件確保信息共享。
Responsible for WI, PFMEA, FC and related process document making with sorting out and summary to ensure information share.
7. 負責對員工進行工藝操作的培訓和指導,使員工能夠熟練掌握產品生產工藝及相關的工藝設備操作。
Responsible for conducting process operation training for operators in order to make them familiar with product related process and equipment operation.
8. 負責估算RFQ階段NPI項目的生產勞動力成本。
Responsible for labor cost estimation for NPI projects in RFQ phase.
9. 主導生產線持續改進活動,優化生產工藝流程,減少浪費,提升效率,降低成本。
Lead continuous improvement activities in production, optimize production process, eliminate waste, improvement production efficiency and reduce the cost.
10. 處理PIE經理和部門經理交辦的其他事宜。
Complete other tasks assigned by department and PIE manager on time.
任職要求/ Qualification:
1. 大專及以上學歷,機械或電子類相關專業。
College degree or above, major in mechanical, electronic or equivalent.
2. 3年以上工藝改善相關工作經驗。
Above 3 years process management working experience.
3. 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。
Good command of English on listening, speaking, reading and writing.
4. 熟悉IE和QC七大工具,能夠熟練應用。
Familiar with IE and QC 7 tools knowledge, especially for good practice in application.
5. 熟悉精益基礎知識,尤其是價值流程圖。
Familiar with Lean basic knowledge and especially for VSM.
6. 具備工裝夾具設計經驗,能夠熟練使用CAD軟件。
With complicated Jig and Fixture design experiences, able to use CAD software.
7. 具備良好的團隊協作能力和溝通協調能力。
With good teamwork capability and communication & coordination.
