職位描述
Responsibilities:
AP management includes payment application checking and payment arrangement, vendor document filing and review, accounting voucher bookkeeping in SAP and bi-weekly AP statement both for employees and suppliers. Ensure the bookkeeping and payment are correct and timely.
Tax issues handle includes VAT declaration and refund processing, BT&CIT declare and make payment. Cooperate well with tax officer for any issues important and emergent .Also assistant for preparation of annual tax filling documentation.
Responsible for monthly closing to ensure it’s done timely and preparing financial statements according to local government’s requirement.
Prepare managerial reports such as BS/PL reconciliation and review.
Cash flow monitor includes cash pooling reconciliation, the cash flow forecast.
Ensure the correctness of voucher posted by junior accountants
Support manager to prepare the documents for external& internal audit, peer review.
Your Profile:
Knowledge of principles and practices of accounting (esp. IFRS and PRC GAAP)
Minimum 3 years accounting related working experience in multi-national company
Good command of PC skills and accounting software (SAP would be perfect)
Good communication and interpersonal skills and other soft skills
Able to work efficiently and effectively under time pressure to meet deadlines
Integrated, diligent and detailed orientation.
