職位描述
Position: Accounting Analyst
Objective of job:
· Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting assistant CAO to make effective and efficient accounting compliance for the region.
· The job scope includes but not limited to account reconciliation review, trend analysis review of individual entities, etc.
Task description:
· Support account reconciliation review for the region, to ensure the process is monitored in a timely manner and with good quality control in place;
· Guide accounting team to prepare trend analysis review monthly, quarterly and annually and make reasonable check from regional level;
· Assist scheduling routine meetings and keep appropriate filing and track the status of the identified issues and action plans, such as monthly pre-closing meeting, account reconciliation review meeting with business controllers or other business departments, etc.;
· Fulfill the corporate assignments of preparing for regular analysis reports, e.g., IFRS walks, Balance Sheet Review, etc.;
· Involve in various system implementation and improvement to ensure smooth accounting process and flow, such as, SAP, Blackline, Concur and any systems which may impact accounting;
· Support internal/external and SOX auditing;
· Other ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications:
- Education:
? Bachelor degree or above (major in Accounting or Finance)
- Experience:
? Strong experience in accounting analysis and operation, prefer +7 years in accounting related position in MNC
- Skills & Competence:
? Familiar with both local GAAP and USGAAP/IFRS;
? Strong analytical skills and MS professionals (excel and word is a must, PPT preferred);
? Strong experience in ERP environment;
? Detail oriented, proactive work attitude, can work under pressure, good team player, good communication skills.
? CPA/ACCA highly preferred.
