職位描述
Responsibility:
1.Provide HR systems support including super user system administration, process implementation, and troubleshooting.
2.Respond to system inquiries and troubleshoot system issues, provide ongoing technical and user support
3.Provide inputs and assist in developing communication plans about technology updates and changes, as well as user guide and training materials
4.Partner with HR functions and cross functions to define business needs and translate into process and operational requirements.
5.Lead process improvement & automation by proactively identifying opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.
6.Develop and maintain operating procedures, workflow diagrams, guidelines and training documentations.
7.Track system issues and enhancement requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, and communicating promptly on progress
8.Participate in various capacities as required in system upgrade or new system projects.
Minimum Qualification
?Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related field; Professional certificates in leadership development strongly desired
?At least 4-6 years of experience with HRIS implementation.
?Systems support experience.
?Experience identifying and resolving issues independently.
?Knowledge of HR systems, SAP experience will be advantageous.
?Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills
?Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
?Have the ability to interpret business needs and translate into process and operational requirements.
?Customer service orientation and have ability to serve multiple customers
?Work well under pressure
?Have high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
?Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
