職位描述
Major Responsibilities:
1.Initiating action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformity.
2.Leading the problem solving and 8D process
3.Reviewing the quality management system at designated intervals to determine its continued effectiveness and, where appropriate, making changes for improvement.
4.Identifying and recording any quality system problems.
5.Ensuring processes and procedures are developed that enhance the quality of the product.
6.Balancing quality process goals against business imperatives.
7.Interfacing with customers on quality related issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
1.Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
2.Minimum 3 years related experience in automotive industry
3.Experience in Quality tools(FMEA, Control plan, MSA, SPC) and part approval process (PPAP)
4.Have a knowledge of Quality Systems Standards, QS9000/TS16949.
5.Good oral and written communication skills in English.
6.Very good problem solving skills and logical approach.
7.The experience of being the supplier of FAW-VW is preferred.
