Job Responsibility：
1.Audit process costs, introduce new technologies / innovation and high standard quality control to match the company strategies of cost saving.
2.Support final assembly area in production for equipment and process issues.
3.Specify new equipment and be responsible for working with machine supplier, from specification to released equipment.
4.Lead the team to launch and install the new assembly line/ machine/ fixture, solve all open issues during line trial run.
5.Process control management, Process-FMEA, Capability studies, SPC…
6.Be technical support to R&D for design/process issues.
7.Develop the production line with high efficiency and good quality control.
8.Support the plants in the implementation of continuous improvement activities/initiatives spreading "best practices".

Job Requirement：
1.Minimum 5~8 years’ experience within the Automotive electronic production.
2.Know about the APQP system and PPAP.
3.Integrity, Honesty, Teamwork Player, Positive Attitude, Initiative Working Style.
4.Strong technical skills in mechanics, production.
5.Skills in relationship and management / leadership required, not only supports the changes but also motivate others to behave actively.
6.Fluent in English for both written and verbal.
