職位描述
職責描述:
1、Monitor and feedback the quality of incoming parts and handle the incoming nonconforming.
2、Daily confirm and analyze the non-confroming in process, list top1 daily and top3 weekly.
3、Attend the daily production site meeting, report the daily non-conforming data in processes and follow up the improvement defined by responsible departments.
4、Handle site quality problem in processes.
5、List monthly Top5 problems and set up team to select problem as improvement project.
6、Follow up internal NCR status and handle the parts in block area timely
7、Set scrap rate target for each proecss.
8、Handle and manage customer complaints.
9、Lead 8D process within a team for the root cause analysis for customer complaint and for finding solutions.
10、Prepare statistics on customer quality and quality improvement.
11、Provide training on the topic of quality.
12、Prepare PSW and ISR as well as PPAP.
13、Take part in customer audits and follow up on audit findings as draft action plans.
14、Handle other daily business assigned by leader.
任職要求:
1、Bachelor’s degree with a major in mechanical or automotive engineering.
2、Familiar with process quality control and site management.
3、Familiar with complaint management.
4、Familiar with 8D, 5 why method.
5、Familiar with PFMEA、Control Plan、MSA and SPC.
6、Familiar with quality plan and PPAP.
7、At least 3 years’ experience working in automotive industry.
8、Fluent in reading and writing English, PC know-how (MS Office, SAP), communication skills, openness to other cultures, ability to work independently.
9、Knowledge of QM standards (ISO9001, VDA 6.3, IATF16949).
