職位描述
Job Purpose
Handle seating product quality issues arising from Pudong plant and drive improvement activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with product marketing team to control seating product design quality for new seating product during design phase.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop new product or design changed product’s quality/reliability test plan (DVP&R) and monitor the test plan implementation to ensure compliance to specified parameters (BIFMA, AFRDI, ES, etc.).
2. Create process control plan for new seating products.
3. Participate in PFMEA， DFMEA creation activities for new seating products as an expert on the subject of quality.
4. Develop manufacturing process inspection instructions (setup inspection, in-process inspection, final audit) for seating products.
5. Provide approval for design related seating product Engineering Change Orders (ECO).
6. Provide solutions to seating product related quality issue from customers.
7. Drive seating product related quality issue improvement with related functions.
8. Participate in annual internal audit as internal auditor to ensure that quality management system effectiveness is up to ISO9001(2008) requirements.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
? Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
? Minimum of 8 years’ working experience
? A certified quality engineer
