Job Purpose
Manage all of the production and distribution related quality control activities in Pudong plant.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage production part approval process (ISIR) for plant in-house made part.
2. Make process change Engineering Change Orders (ECO) related preparation for readiness check.
3. Update manufacturing process quality inspection instructions (setup inspection, in-process inspection, and final product audit).
4. Maintain process control plan and join PFMEA updating activity to ensure control plan, PFMEA, Inspection Instruction and Process Flow Chart are aligned.
5. Manage process audit and product audit.
6. Mange in-process QNCM, including dispose non-conformity material to support normal production.
7. Make quality performance report (Product Audit, FPY, Scrap, Re-work, QNCM) and utilize statistical techniques to analysis the data on monthly basis.
8. Lead improvement activities on product process quality issues (findings from process audit, product audit, FPR, FPY, Scrap, Re-work and QNCM), follow up and verify the effectiveness of the action plans until close with related owner function teams.
9. Feedback any of buy part related quality issues happened in floor to SQDE team and IQC team in timely manners, and verify the effectiveness of the improvement until close.
10. Monitor drawing issue & BOM issue happens in production line to closure.
11. Manage Mock-up and control sample inspection before shipment.
12. Provide quality awareness training to production and distribution team.
13. Communicate process quality related to FPRs with related production team and distribution team through email or host weekly quality meeting.
14. Use HMS related tools to keep continuous improvement in daily work and as representative from quality team to join manufacturing related HMS project.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
? Bachelor Degree-Mechanical Engineering Related Majors.
? Minimum of 10 years’ working experience in International Corporation
? A Certified Quality Engineer with Strong Quality Management System and Process Audit Experience;
? ISO 9001 Standard and ISO 14001 Standard Internal Auditor
? Have Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
? Be Familiar with ERP System
? Preferably has Working Experience in Manufacturing Industry
