職位描述
Job Purpose
Prepare export shipment billing and consolidate TP revenue. Ascertain proper cost allocation of factory labor and overheads, and analyze actual cost to monitor factory efficiency.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Check export invoice and conduct billing, ensuring no significant inter-company discrepancy.
2. Input Cost of Goods Sold journals into accounting system and ensure adherence to good costing principles.
3. Consolidate TP revenue on actual basis.
4. Perform shipment forecast and monitor the weekly & monthly TP increase/decrease by country or by project.
5. Monitor fluctuation of material cost on purchasing department’s notice.
6. Perform annual update of standard material costs for all existing parts and work with Purchasing department to develop the part matrix and with Distribution to work out the handling cost, ensuring the material cost enter into the system are complete and accurate.
7. Analyze actual labor costs and overhead versus standard costs and prepare variance reports to reflect factory efficiency.
8. Prepare annual factory labor and overhead cost allocation with a focus on arriving at reasonable multiple absorption rates.
9. Support STP projects and quotation by providing factory cost breakdown and rationalizing the costing data for the appropriate pricing decisions. Assist in the development of furniture leasing by performing financial modeling and generating a pricing model.
10. Support calculation, analysis and preparation of evaluation documents for NPIP purpose to assess the feasibility of new product projects.
11. Check & compare actual expenditure with approved RFE and monitor the variance.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
? Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting, Business, or equivalent
? Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, including 2 years of experience in Costing is preferred.
