崗位職責:
? Willingness to work as part of a team to deliver functional and suitable designs with new ideas or creative solution.
? Able to provide the ideas or concept design and schematic master plan
? Expertise on design development and construction phase and able to produce or review construction drawings.
? Has good knowledge of planting design and different spices.
? Present digital or hand rendered diagrams and analysis, illustrations and graphics for final report.
? Provide work in a timely manner with adherence to company standards and deadlines
任職資格:
? AutoCad, Photoshop, Indesign and Sketchup skills required. Rehino and other 3D skills would be a plus.
? Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
? Strong communication skills
? landscape construction detailing skills
? Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines
? Possess strong verbal, written and visual communication skills
? Demonstrate creative abilities and applied problem-solving skills
? Strong abilities to work in a team setting
? Proven ability to self-manage and demonstrate high level of professional maturity
