? 建立了與包括加拿大國家中子中心、 勞厄-朗之萬研究所(法國)、Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin(HZB德國)、巴斯大學、拉塞福-阿普頓實驗室、格拉斯哥大學和羅斯林研究所(英國)在內的7所國際知名科研中心的學術合作,并多次獲得中子機構給予的科研經費。期間與10多個由多學科人員組成的當地團隊一起工作,與主要人員建立了長期合作關系。
? 通過物理學和數據分析來研究艾滋海默癥病理。物理學采用包括光學、分子運動學和中子衍射等一系列物理學原理來學習該病病原淀粉樣蛋白的物理結構及結構變化,以及該蛋白在不同結構下對細胞磷脂層的作用;數學主要應用傅立葉變化將由中子衍射發出的信號轉變為磷脂分子模型,進而分析磷脂在淀粉樣蛋白作用下的變化。博士畢業論文:淀粉樣蛋白和磷脂細胞的相互作用關系。
? 創立了體外控制淀粉樣蛋白聚集的方法。
? 改進并完善了利用Langmuir膜和布魯斯特角顯微鏡來觀測磷脂單分子層在水與空氣交接面的狀態的方法。

? Established collaborations with 7 world-renowned institutes including Canadian Neutron Beam Centre, The Institute Laue-Langevin, Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin, University of Bath, Rutherford on Laboratory, University of Glasgow and the Roslin Institute
? Worked in 10+ multidisciplinary teams in Europe and Canada to identify the structural characteristics of amyloid protein and the biophysics of protein-lipid inters received neutron beam time al and traveling grants from neutron scattering facilities
? Performed mathematical analysis based on Fourier transform to generate membrane profile from neutron diffr data sets and predict protein penetration position
? Created a novel methodology to protein folding rate in non-physiological environments
? Improved Langmuir trough and Brewster Angle Microscopy techniques to monitor lipid mono dynamics at air-water interface
