主要負責前起落架的整個大修工藝，短短三個月建立起了整個框架并投入生產，并擔任前起落架生產負責人，在生產中對項目進行實踐和跟蹤持續改進。 In charge of whole nose landing gear overhaul procedure, including document review, router prepare ,special tooling design and etc. After threes mouths set a complete structure and performed in shop some time. During this time become nose landing gear team leader, on site monitor and continuous improvement this structure.

主要負責人之一 One of responsibility engineers

負責工卡工藝及特殊工裝的設計，根據維修手冊編制維修工藝卡，確定部件維修的流程，根據要求設計維修中需要的特種工裝，方便拆裝測試等。該項目是公司的第一次機型改進項目，為了節省生產成本及縮短生產周期建立的一個項目，基本推翻了以前的項目從基礎重新開始，項目結束后不僅大大節省了成本，也使生產周期縮短了2倍多。 Corrected and updated work procedure, the major is router prepare and special tooling design and purchase. After finish this project, finished A320 overhaul, compare with previous, lead time less more than two times and decrease the cost.
