Job Responsibilities:To plan and execute various events in the department by working across different functions in GEMBA, including operation events and student and alumni activities events, while undertaking various other administrative tasks. 1.Coordinate and support GEMBA operational function events including, but not limited to, organising opening and graduation ceremony. 2.Coordinate and support GEMBA non-classroom-based programs, like China Deep Dive programs, company site visits, and GEMBA overseas study tours and electives.3.Secure the smoothness of program delivery by working together with participants, faculty, and other stakeholders4.Be responsible for participants’ overall program experience and support various events, including but not limited to students and alumni activities, anniversary celebrations, and other administrative activities5.Provide module management and teaching administration support 6.Undertake other independent projects and provide general administrative support to GEMBA program7.Provide administrative support for GEMBA office.Job Requirements:1.5 years of working experience in project management and business administration2.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Good public speaking skills 3.Detail-orientated and customer service-oriented approach4.Strong sense of responsibility and high ethical standards5.Mature, team-p**** 6.Energetic7.English and Mandarin proficiency prior overseas study or living experience is a plus8.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)9.Flexible regarding international travel and working over weekends 10.Bachelor’s Degree or above.
