崗位職責：1、日常中文課程教學教科研工作；2、在國際課程體系下探索國家課程與IB課程的有效融合；3、積極參與中文學科建設，課題研究項目等；4、必要時作為班級中方班主任，與外方班主任共同管理班級，做好家校溝通； 5、能積極在學校推廣閱讀活動、各類中文相關比賽、以及中國文化相關活動，能指導課后活動。任職要求：1、碩士以上學歷，漢語言文學、教育學等相關專業，對教學以及教研活動有熱情；2、三年以上學科工作經驗，熟悉IB課程理念，尤其是以概念驅動的探究式學習；熟悉新課標要求及部編教材，能進行有效的單元設計，體現學科核心素養；能照顧學習差異。3、具有較強的團隊意識、責任心及文字寫作功底，日常英文溝通流暢，有創校經驗優先；4、善于溝通，思維活躍，適應性強，積極參與創效各方面建設。5、工作效率高，熟練運用各種辦公軟件，能有效使用教育科技工具輔助教學。

Dr. Maggie Koong, the Head of Academy of Victoria Shanghai Academy (VSA), will lead Victoria Park Academy as Chief Principal. Victoria Education was managed in Hong Kong in 1965, and was introduced to the Mainland in 1998 by Dr. Maggie Koong and soon after the Victoria (China) Education Group was established.Victoria Park Academy is an IB School that integrates two independent yet complementary educational philosophies. It immerses Chinese educational traditions with inquiry-based learning. The Academy offers immersive bilingual education - one teacher, one language. All students will be taught by two class teachers, one specializing in Mandarin Chinese and the other in English.
