崗位職責：1、負責為學生提供專業的心理咨詢；2、梳理咨詢過程，建立學生心理咨詢檔案等；3、組織心理健康教育、心理咨詢講座等活動；4、能輔助特殊學習需要(special learning need)的學生，例如ADHD/讀寫障礙等；5、完成學校安排的其他工作。崗位要求：1、具備教育學、心理學、醫學相關專業本科以上學歷，學校咨詢相關專業協會會員優先考慮2、至少三年的咨詢或教學經驗；有特殊兒童心理輔導經驗優先；3、流利的中英文雙語溝通能力；有在IB學校工作的經驗(有PYP/MYP經驗者優先)4、具備較強的有較強的責任感和平和的心態，成熟穩重，能承受較大工作壓力，有高度工作 熱情、良好職業素養、務實工作作風，熱愛并樂于從事教育事業；5、較強的洞察力和分析能力，有責任心有親和力，善于人際溝通，有團隊合作意識。工作踏實肯干，普通話標準，熱愛心理健康事業，對行業有較高的認同。

Dr. Maggie Koong, the Head of Academy of Victoria Shanghai Academy (VSA), will lead Victoria Park Academy as Chief Principal. Victoria Education was managed in Hong Kong in 1965, and was introduced to the Mainland in 1998 by Dr. Maggie Koong and soon after the Victoria (China) Education Group was established.Victoria Park Academy is an IB School that integrates two independent yet complementary educational philosophies.
