職位描述
崗位職責:1、負責學校人力資源部門日常運作的順利進行;2、根據學校的發展,組織制定招聘、培訓、績效、薪酬考核等人力資源管理的方針、政策和制度,并執行相關管理制度及政策的落實;3、負責收集、整理和匯總人力資源數據,進行數據分析,指標解讀,并提供意見;4、在人力資源戰略規劃、人才發現與引進方面向決策層提供專業建議,全面提高綜合管理水平,控制人力成本;5、搭建人才培養體系,保障組織高速發展;搭建文化體系,保證組織健康持續發展;6、協調各部門之間的工作與關系,建立有效的內部工作機制;7、熟悉外籍事務管理, 包括不限于外教工作許可及簽證相關的政策法規及辦理流程、員工關懷、員工關系處理等;8、維護完整、健全的工作人員檔案系統9、完成上級交辦的其他事務。任職要求:1. 本科及以上學歷,人力資源,英語等相關專業;2. 精通英語,優秀的英文聽說讀寫能力;3. 有5年以上國際學校人力資源管理經驗;優秀的外籍事務管理經驗;4. 熟悉外籍工簽的工作流程和運作方式,能獨立解決復雜的人事管理實際問題,具有較強的溝通協調能力、人際交往能力,團隊寫作和解決問題的能力;5. 有良好的溝通協調能力,數據分析能力,嚴謹,仔細,有抗壓力,富有責任心,6. 熟悉HR軟件及辦公軟件的使用。
