SUMMARY
This position is responsible for daily operations in all aspects of HR functions, continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes, using sound judgment and discretion to interpret policies and procedures and apply them appropriately for the situation, supporting in executing HR program and projects in operation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in employee onboarding, off boarding process and logistics, coordinate with IT, admin departments and line managers to ensure employee on boarding/off boarding process be conducted smoothly
- Maintain staff information records and personnel documents
- Management employment contracts, including preparation, renewal and contract archive
- To be the interface with HR suppliers, manage & supervise the payroll, social insurance and other related issues.
- Conduct induction programs for new employees, update the training materials timely
- Assist line managers with performance management and assessment
- Support HRM to optimize the HR management system and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Liaise with internal and external legal bodies for advice and clarification, support to ensure all employee programs are in compliance with labor law
- Assist with the recruitment process, cooperate with TA team on hiring
- Ensure the maintenance of up-to-date job deions are kept for all positions
- Assist to counsel employees on problems affecting work performance.
- Support one employee satisf survey
- Assist on visa application such as invitation letters, dispatch letters, work certification for staff and visitors.
- Provide professional HR support to expatriate, in terms of coordination of assignment in/out process, execution of country/company relevant policies and regulations, and daily operation support.
- Lead employee activities which are organized by HR department
- Assist HRM on company culture build up and enhancement
Additional responsibilities:
- Organize the logistics of a variety of regular and ad-hoc company level meetings
- Support in the HR budget management conduct cost analysis, vendor sourcing and negotiation
- Complete other assignments from HR manager and HR projects in region.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor Degree (Human Resources, or Business Management is preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in HR generalist or specialist roles, manufacturing HR experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English
