1. Independently be responsible for all activities of the clinical research, including clinical site ion, study initiation visits, training of on-site personnel, study close and trial monitoring with on-site audits of clinical data for accuracy and completeness, and clinical report preparation and presentation.獨立負責臨床試驗中的所有環節，包括臨床試驗單位的選擇，臨床試驗啟動、人員培訓、項目結題、臨床監察，進一步負責臨床數據準確性以及完整性，并且準備和獲得臨床試驗報告。

2. Prepare study protocols, investigator manuals, site specific instruction manuals and design case report forms.準備臨床試驗相關的所有文檔，包括臨床方案、研究者手冊、臨床單位的操作指南以及病例報告表等。

3. Assist with the management of key study parameters, including documents, clinical research products, start-up activities, enrollment, data collection, etc..協助管理臨床試驗中的所有關鍵性因素，包括文檔、臨床試驗所用產品、臨床試驗啟動、病例入組、數據收集等。

4. Slove the problems or issues that could affect the results or timely completion of the trial. 解決所有可能會影響到臨床試驗結果或者臨床試驗結束時間的各種問題。

任職要求：

1. 工作經驗：Minimum of 3 years experiences with In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD), especially in molecular diagnostics or immunodiagnostics. Having the working experience in the MCN company or local well-known company is preferred. 至少3年以上體外診斷試劑領域臨床試驗工作經驗,尤其是分子診斷或者免疫學診斷相關領域的經驗。具有跨國企業或者本土知名企業工作經驗者優先。

2. 教育背景：Bachelors Degree or above of Medical/Biological related major. Master degree is prefeered. 醫學/生物學相關專業本科以上學歷，研究生學歷優先。

3.語言技能：Fluent Reading and Writing English Communication: Highly developed interpersonal skills Characters： Well organizing details of the project, and sensitive to details. Willing to travel. 熟練的英語閱讀和寫作能力；相熟的溝通能力；良好的細節管理能力。

4.技術能力：Clinical Research Skills: Organizing clinical trial of Medical Devices/IVD, being familiar with GCP and CFDA guidelines. Multi-tasks Management: Having experience on the multi-tasks management, have the capability to handle and drive more than 3 projects at the same time.臨床試驗技巧：組織過醫療器械/體外診斷試劑臨床試驗，熟悉GCP和CFDA的技術指南；多項目管理：擁有多項目管理經驗，并且有能力協調和開展多個項目。
