崗位職責：
1.負責區域售前/售后技術支持工作；
2.解決區域內客戶技術及產品投訴問題；
3.負責客戶產品知識及產品應用培訓，學術會議組織及執行；
4.收集市場信息并進行產品比對分析；
5.定期拜訪客戶,將客戶信息反饋給當地銷售；
6.儀器安裝及維護。

3.Conduct Customer training for products application
4.Collect market information and provide product analysis from a technical perspective
5.Visit client regularly and feedback customers information the local sales

1.本科及以上學歷，醫學檢驗及生命科學相關專業
2.良好的溝通能力
3.2年以上醫療和生物技術領域技術支持工作經驗
4.流利的英語聽說讀寫能力
5.具備的團隊合作精神
6.熟練操作辦公軟件

1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in Clinical Diagnostics or life science discipline or equivalent
2.Good communications ability
3.Minimum 2 years working experience, preferable in technical support for medical or biotechnological area.
4.Good command of speaking and writing in English
5.Excellent team work spirit
6.Well versed in MS office software application (Word, Excel, Power point)
