What are my responsibilities?
1. Coordinate, Analyze, manage and monitor quality issues related to customer incl. uation of nonconforming parts.
2. Handle customer NC and improve delivery quality.
3. Daily operation and regular review/improvement.
4. Control the quality to customer, before delivery .The purpose is enhancing customer confidence and increase customer satisf.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Above 1 years’ experience in quality management.
2. Know basic technology of SMT, Assembly, Test, soldering
3. Know ISO13485, ISO9001, 21 CFR Part 820
4. Well know CAPA, customer NC handling process, PDCA, 5 why, ESD, Electronics and Mechanics, etc.
5. English very good (speaking, reading and writing)
