What are my responsibilities?
1.Responsible for material planning through the value chain to satisfy financial, quality and on-time delivery requirements.
2.Activities include commodity management, purchasing and inventory management and planning.
Internal: PE, PD, LG, R&D, HR, IT, QM, FI/CO, BA, MRLG
External: HQ AX, SLC, freight forwarder, local service provider.
3.Create PO according to demand and ensure 100% material availability for production and delivery. Make sure purchase database always be timely updated to guarantee correct output from SAP . Return of NC parts if necessary.
4.Work together with CFT to find innovative solution to optimize inventory level.
5.Support Project on new material phase in or last time buy during phase out.
6.Bonded Material management, coordinate with Customs Team balance the Customs Handbook on quanity and place bonded importation instruction according to sales order type.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
At least 5 years in Logistics at least 5 years ERP working experience
Basic Knowledge of supply chain management
