1、Provide on-site customer education at Siemens systems incl. turnover training, follow-ups, updates and upgrades for standard systems and applications
2、Provide professional clinical application support to quickly process and resolve customers escalations and complaints, incl. error diagnosis and repair, trouble shooting
3、Support sales team, e.g. product demonstations, preparation of clinical case studies, publications
4、Promote Clinical Application Service products to customer
5、Care VIP customer and increase communication with VIP customer site
6、Provide customer consultancy and support in individual workflow improvements, incl. adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflows to expand customer portfolio
7、Provide the market information and user feedback of relevant products and competititor products
This position may suit you best, if building learning organizations is your expertise and you have extensive experience with Top Management Learning and Leadership Development.
1、Bachelor degree (or above) with major in medical imaging, clinical medicine and related discipline
2、Minimum 3 years working experience in operation of concerned modality, interacting with customers on a high academicals level. Have experience in use of Siemens systems, clinical applications and relationship maintenance is plus
3、Excellent English skill, both oral and writing
4、Strong execution, good communication and interpersonal skill
5、Customer orientation, collaboration and good time management
6、Self-motivated, open-minded and accountable
