職位描述
職責描述:
1.Responsible for training plans, implementation, training result uation in Asia.
2.Responsible for people development, especially development plans for key positions.
3.Responsible for internal talent review and successor planning.
4.Responsible for recruiting plans, external talents ion and interview, to ensure the open positions be filled timely and with good quliaty.
5.Manage recruiting activities, channels and cost.
6.Responsible for optimizing external candidate uation.
7.Responsible for probation management, quarterly and yearly performance dialogues, performance development plans and manage all records.
8.Support to implement group HR initiatives in Asia and initiate Asia HR topics.
9.Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
任職要求:
Bachelor or above;
Rich knowledge in labor law;
Be skillful in HR tools;
At least 5 years of HR experience in international companies;
Excellent Enlgish skills. Strong communication skills;
Proficient in Microsoft office;
Good problem solver to support the business。
