職位描述
1. Handle the declaration for the VAT, business tax, corporate income tax related tasks, and other tax related issues;
2. Tax planning analysis for all kinds of tax
3. Monitor monthly tax provisions and cash tax accounts.
4. Co-ordinate between local controllers, accounting department and Big 4 firms with respect to annual tax return preparation or review process and audited financial statements.
5. Review monthly tax related account reconciliations and other closing related supports
6. Review CIT Annual Filing Returns and Audited Financial Statements
7. Prepare and review annual Return-to-Provision (“RTP”) and other required tax packages.
8. Assist with the monitoring of the transfer pricing model and the updating of transfer pricing documentation in PRC.
9. Conduct periodic tax trainings to peers on the internal tax process and knowledge
10. Support the Manager to ensure compliance when performing transactional services.
11. Manage and coordinate the delivery of PRC tax advice taking into consideration regional and local requirements, with close collaboration with the manger and local finance team.
12. Provide pro-active tax consulting and risk management services for the business in the PRC while doing transactions and products tax advice.
13. Ensure local tax initiatives and policies are consistent with and compliant to the group’s objectives and tax values.
14. Assist with the initiating and implementing of tax planning initiatives for the business in the PRC.
15. Assist in the resolution of tax audits and ensure they are managed appropriately and timely.
16. Develop and maintain working relationship with the Tax Bureau.
17. Keep abreast of industry trends and tax developments and disseminate their impact to the business.
18. Supporting record to reporting, month end closing process.
19. Other tax related projects.
2-4 years of relevant PRC tax experience and 2 years of G/L experience in MNC.
Sound background and understanding of PRC tax mechanism and regulations.
Experience in dealing with local tax authorities.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes would be an added advantage.
Able to create and meet schedules and work independently.
UFIDA/SAP experience preferred.
