Responsibilities

?Identify tasks with automation potential together with business teams and customers
?Responsible for leading the design, development, delivery and maintenance of software application.
?Leading the software architecture design and implementation.
?Leading 5~10 resources, responsible for projects, modules or features deliveries.
?Leading the communication between clients and teams.
?Assist PM to deliver projects on time, within planned budget and required quality level.
?Active and Aggressive in team or project activities
Qualifications
? At least 5 years’ experience in software developing related technologies.
?Ability to architect enterprise level software
?Knowledge of XML/XSL, VBScript/VBA is a plus.
?Knowledge of database, like SQL, Oracle.
?Familiar with Windows Workflow Foundation is a plus
?Experienced in various SDLC (e.g. CMMI, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
?Experienced in leading a technical team with more than 5-10 developers.
?Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
?Adaptable on dynamic environment with good communication skills and team spirit.
?Any prior knowledge of RPA tools like BluePrism, OpenSpan, Automation Anywhere and UiPath is an added advantage
