PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1)Responsible for the process execution on a daily basis
2)Responsible for monitoring the performance of the process
?Purchase & Sales or

3)Responsible for assisting analysts on a daily basis
4)Responsible for processing complex transactions
5)Responsible for tracking daily performance metrics and devise measures to improve the same
6)Focus on stabilizing the process and meeting customer expectation
7)Provide performance feedback to analysts
8)Mentor and guide the existing team and assist the new hires
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
1)Strong knowledge of the Investment Banking industry
2)Experience in:
?settlements area of a brokerage or at a custodian bank; or
?brokerage industry trade administration and clearance or
?interacting with clients and agencies such as exchanges or
?a back office functions of bank, custodian or a brokerage firm
3)Strong interpersonal skills
4)Ability to work and communicate with people
5)Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
6)Strong analytical skills with an ability to problem solve with a win-win negotiation approach
7)Expert knowledge of service procedures
8)Excellent Customer facing skills and ability to build rapport with clients
9)Knowledge of Customer’s culture
10)Excellent English written and spoken communication skills
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
1)Graduate or post graduate in commerce/finance (B.Com/ M.Com/ MFM/MBA Finance)
2)2-5years of relevant experience in investment banking/brokerage/ custodian banking
3)Previous experience in a BPO or transaction processing business would be preferable, with experience in interaction with overseas clients or customers on the phone
4)Good communication skills
