HR& Admin GM 人事行政總經理
Key Responsibilities:
?Provide effective leadership and strategic direction for all HR & Admin Function to support Tiens business;
?Ensures that all HR objectives are delivered as per the set-up plans;
?Provide strong business partnering in recruiting, on boarding, talent management development and training, talent pool management, organizational development, performance management, C&B, ER and workforce planning;
?Build, lead and manage an outstanding HR team that can provide high quality service to the business;
?Implement the global HR Strategy and strategic HR tools, policies, systems and processes and ensure consistent delivery to enhance the competitive edge of the organization over competitors by attracting and building talent;
?Develop and execute resourcing strategies and approaches to ensure workforce is optimally aligned with business goals;
?Develop and implement recruiting plan to fill the open positions on time;
?Regular review of compensation and benefits structure to ensure that the right balance is struck between compensation costs, productivity and employee retention;
?Implement and refine training and development programs and build organizational capacity to deliver both growth and profit targets;
?Provide support in the handling of international transfers, short/long term assignment
?Develop local HR policies to align with Corporate Guidelines;
?Communicate strategy and objectives for the business and implement necessary plans to drive operational and cultural performance improvement;
?Organize social and community activities so as to integrate the company within the community and support Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives;
?Build and maintain good relationship with local government/official firm on HR relevant business.
Requirements::
?University degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
?Successful HR & Admin management experience within famous company , with full HR function responsibility;
?At least 10 years of HR Senior positions in multinational company environment, with thorough understanding and relevant managerial experience in HR & Administration functions;
?Strong direct selling industry knowledge and conversant with labor legislative requirements;
?Excellent leadership, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
?Proven ability to define strategy, put action plan in place, continuously monitor level of accomplishment and put corrective actions where required;
?Structured approach with good analytic skills and orientation on results;
?Responsible, reliable and stable person with high level integrity and loyalty;
?The person should be independent, a self-starter and a business developer.
