RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責
1、 雙語商業研究學科教學；
Bilingual Business Studies teaching
2、 承擔所在學科課程的講授任務，組織課堂討論；
Responsible for curricula teaching and seminar organizing
3、 承擔課程輔導和答疑，作業和考卷批改等工作；
Responsible for course tutorial, question-and-answer session, correcting homework and examination, and etc.
4、完成教學部門主任、年級組長、教研組長安排的其他任務。
Other tasks are issued by Head of Teaching Department, Senior Leader, Group Leader of Teaching and Researching and He ad of School

NECESSARY COMPETENCIES 必需具備的知識和技能
1、正規師范院校相關專業學士（含）以上學歷、具有高級教師資格證書，經濟或其他相關專業；
Bachelor degree or above, Graduated from Normal Universities with relevant major, Senior Teacher Certification possessing，major in Economics or other related
2、具有兩年以上教學經驗和一定的教學研究工作經驗，有國際課程教學經驗者或海外學習以及工作經驗者優先；
2-years relevant teaching experience and teaching research working experience. Teaching experience in International Curriculum or oversea studying and working experience is a plus.
3、熟練掌握辦公軟件和互聯網的使用技巧；
Proficiency in the use of MS Office software and Internet
4、 具備教育心理學知識，較強的授課能力；
Equipped with educational psychology knowledge and strong teaching ability
5、 具有很強的中文表達能力，普通話標準，口齒伶俐；
Equipped with strong expression skill, standard Mandarin spoken, and rhetorical skill
6、 具有較強的親和力，講課生動活潑，知識面寬廣；
Strong affinity, teaching lively, broad knowledge scope
7、 熱愛教育事業，工作積極主動、責任心強；
Passion for education work, strong responsibility sense,
8、英語聽說讀寫能力熟練，可使用全英文授課；
Proficiency in spoken and written English, able to teach in English
9、可承擔班主任職責，可住校。
