職位描述
Requirement:
- College degree or above
- Working Experience as a HR/Admin assistant is a plus
-be able to read, write and speak in English
-Detailed oriented
-willing to communicate
- Able to work independently
- Good command of MS Office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Loyal, self-motivated and proactive
Responsibility:
- Responsible for overall office administration execution in shanghai office
- Responsible for staff’s Visa application documentation preparation, and working permit for foreign stuff.
- Assist in new employees on board, resignation procedures.
-Assist in making business cards/laptop coordinating/company wechat management
- Support HR jobs to promote a positive and harmonious working environment.
-Document translation and other paper work.
-To execute other tasks as required by HR Manager
