崗位要求:
1. 工科背景本科及以上學歷,5年以上非標自動化設備行業工作經驗,不少于2年的機械設計,方案設計,以及非標項目管理經驗,2年以上自動化設備銷售經驗;
2. 具備向客戶團隊提供“自動化工藝及解決方案”的技術溝通能力,具備一定的銷售策略制訂和項目談判經驗;
3. 靈敏的商業嗅覺,能夠根據行業經驗和現有客戶應用有效分析并定位潛在客戶和銷售商機;
4. 熟練的中英文演示講解能力和商務溝通與談判能力,同時掌握熟練的營銷方法和財務基本知識;
5. 工作態度積極主動,具有良好的跨區銷售團隊協作精神和能力,推動公司堅持長遠利益的經營理念。
6.年齡在30歲以上
Position Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree or above with engineering background, More than 5 years of experience in customized automation. Not less than 2 years in mechanical design and project management,More than 2 years experience in automation equipment sales
2. Be effective and accurate in technical communication to customers, based on "automation technology and solution", with experience in setting sales strategies and project negotiation skills.
3. Demonstrated "Hunter" mentality analyze and position potential customers and business prospects, from existing customer segments and applications.
4. Proficiency presentation and communication skills both in Chinese and English. Good command of Sales & Marketing techniques and financial principles.
5. Must exhibit self-motivated and an extremely proactive approach. Good team work spirit, promoting the company''''''''''''''''s long term based business philosophy.
6. Over 30 years of age.
崗位職責:
1負責華東區域市場自動化設備與解決方案的銷售業務,制訂區域年度銷售策略、計劃與目標,協調區域駐外銷售工程師協同達成自動化設備產品線的銷售業績;
2. 開展目標市場和客戶的開發工作,擴充自動化產品線客戶基數,維護客戶長期合作伙伴關系;
3. 有效分析客戶自動化設備需求,并參與支持內部技術團隊制作專業的項目方案,技術協議,預算和報價;
4. 參與合同談判,確定符合公司利益和標準的技術協議,財務條款和交付條款;
5. 分析訂單項目發展趨勢,基于月度和季度預測并優化自動化項目負荷,與內部項目與技術團隊保持密切溝通;
6. 獲取客戶滿意度反饋,并持續改進自動化項目銷售流程,以及幫助內部項目與技術部門改善工作流程和項目管理。
7.開發目標行業市場的客戶基礎,建立長期的客戶合作。
Job description:
1. Responsible for Automation Equipment sales in east China. Develop annual sales strategy, plan and target, and manage to achieve the target by working together with regional sales engineers in the field.
2. Develop and grow customer base in the target industries and market. Maintain long term partnership with customers.
3. Study the customer''''''''''''''''s specific requirements and work with internal technical team, to prepare concept, solution, technical agreement, budget and quotation.
4. Participate in contract negotiation including technical specification, financial terms and delivery, according to company GBDT.
5. Project trend analysis and order intake forecast on monthly and quarterly basis. Keep close communication with in-house technical team in order to optimize work load planning.
6. Collect feedback of customer satisfaction, and continuously improve sales methods and procedure. Support project team to optimize work flow and project management.
7. Develop and grow customer base in the target industries and market. Maintain long term partnership with customers.
