Responsibility:
Responsible for the internal team management, like training, motivating
Responsible for the process control of the project and project quality
Responsible for the negotiation with the installation company and other suppliers
Responsible for the technical support and cooperation with other dept. internal
Coordinate the relationship on the site
Check all the modification of the project
Responsible for management of receiving project funds
Control the project cost
Requirement:
- Sound knowledge about our products (ceiling, raised floor & partition)
- Experienced in managing installation teams
- Sensitive about costs
- Good organizational skills
- Sense of responsibility with regards to deadlines and costs
- Mastering internal procedures
- Ability to assert oneself
- Problem solving abilities
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to cooperate with other departments in our company and with other contractors on the construction site
- Good communication skills to associate with architects, main contractors and owners
- English language skills both in oral and writing
- Knowledge about construction law
- Ability to read construction drawings (CAD-Format)
- Mastering general office software programs and applications
